Former Malvern Prep Swim Coach Pleads Guilty To Improper Relationship With Student

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A former swim coach and counselor at Malvern Prep has admitted to an improper relationship with a student at the all-boys, private high school.

41-year-old Emily Feeney of Wayne pleaded guilty to Corruption of Minors and Indecent Assault.

She's sentenced to 5-years probation and ordered to pay the victim's family for counseling costs.

In the criminal complaint, investigators said Feeney sent the boy hundreds of emails and text messages, including a topless photo.

The complaint says the boy asked her to stop numerous times, including one text that said, "I'm 16, I'm not into you."

It says Feeney told the boy she could get him into Harvard and the boy didn't want to risk his chance of getting into the Ivy League school.
