Dense Fog Lowers Visibility In Parts Of Pennsylvania, New Jersey
PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Dense fog is lowering visibility in parts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
A dense fog advisory is in effect Tuesday until 10 a.m.

Forecasters say visibility of a quarter mile or less could drop to zero before it lifts in the morning.
Motorists are urged to slow down and use caution.
