Flyers Visit Tampa Bay Tonight

By Matt Leon

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The Flyers will look for a third straight win on Thursday night as they visit the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Last time out on Tuesday, the Flyers beat the Florida Panthers and that clinched a playoff berth for the Orange and Black. However, they aren't locked into a match-up so their final three regular season games will still matter.

Philadelphia is currently tied for third with Columbus in the Metropolitan Division. Both squads have 91 points. Tampa Bay has 95 points and they are third in the Atlantic Division.

The Flyers have lost both match-ups with Tampa this season and they have lost five straight games on the Lightning's home ice.

Ray Emery will get the start in net for the Flyers.

KYW's Matt Leon spoke with Dave Isaac of the Courier Post about this match-up and the Flyers potential playoff match-ups.
