Flyers Loan Scott Laughton To Phantoms

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- On Saturday, the Flyers announced that they were loaning center Scott Laughton to the Lehigh Valley Phantoms. Flyers General Manager Ron Hextall announced the move.

Laughton was recalled by the Flyers on November 18th and has been with the team since. In that time he appeared in 31 games scoring two goals and earning four assists.

During that span, Laughton, 20, missed a total of eight games. Seven of those games were missed due to an upper-body injury.

Laughton will return to the Phantoms where he was leading the team in goals and was tied for the team lead in scoring before he was called up to the Flyers.
