Flyers Return From All-Star Break, Host Canadiens

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The Flyers will return from the NHL All-Star Break tonight as they welcome the Montreal Canadiens to the Center.

Philadelphia is 21-18-8 on the season. With 50 points, they are 7th in the Metropolitan Division and five points out of the final wildcard playoff spot in the East.

Montreal is 24-22-2. They are also currently on the outside looking in at the playoffs with 52 points.

Forward Sean Couturier is expected to return to the ice for the Flyers after missing three games with a lower body injury.

Steve Mason is expected to start in net tonight for Philadelphia. Goalie Michal Neuvirth is expected to miss 7-10 days with a lower body injury. To replace Neuvirth, goalie Anthony Stolarz has been recalled from the AHL's Lehigh Valley Phantoms.

This will be the second of three meetings between these two teams this season. The Flyers won the first on January 5th at the Center, 4-3.
