PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The tradition of Philadelphia Flyers hockey is second to none when it comes to a relationships between sports franchises and their fan bases.

The Flyers celebrated their 50th anniversary during their home opener against the Anaheim Ducks on Thursday night, which resulted in a disappointing 3-2 loss. Relive 50 years of Philadelphia Flyers hockey in one beautifully done three-minute tribute video narrated by Mayor Jim Kenney.
