PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Firefighters put out a car fire in North Philadelphia and found a body inside. It happened on the 2400 block of Wendle Street on Monday around 8 a.m.
A neighbor tells Eyewitness News he heard an explosion and saw the car burning.
The medical examiner is on the way to the scene.
