Firefighters Battle Blaze In Allentown

ALLENTOWN, Pa., (CBS) – Firefighters and HAZMAT crews responded to a building fire at an auto salvage yard in Allentown, Lehigh County.

The fire was reported Thursday at the 1200 block of Plymouth Street.

According to officials, a gas tank was accidentally punctured and fuel spilled and ignited.

Officials say all occupants of the building were able to evacuate immediately.

There are no reports of injuries at this time.
