Firefighter Injured In Gladwyne House Blaze

GLADWYNE, Pa., (CBS) – A firefighter briefly lost consciousness while battling a house blaze in Montgomery County.

The fire was reported shortly before 3:30 p.m. Wednesday on the 800 block of Youngs Ford Road in Gladwyne.

Officials tell CBS 3 the firefighter was taken to Lankenau Hospital.

The nature of the injuries and the condition of the firefighter are unknown at the time.

Crews quickly placed the fire under control.
