UPDATE: One Killed In House Blaze In Hanover Township

HANOVER Twp., Pa., (CBS) -- Firefighters battled a house fire Monday night in Hanover Township, Northampton County.

The blaze broke out shortly before 10 p.m. in the 1900 block of Mark Twain Circle.

One person was reportedly home at the time of the fire, but firefighters were unable to rescue him/her. The name of the deceased will be released at a later time.

Three firefighters were also sent to local hospitals with minor injuries. Two of those firefighters were kept overnight and released on Tuesday; the other one was treated and released on Monday night.

An investigation is underway.
