Fire Tears Through Bakery In North Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Fire ripped through a bakery overnight in North Philadelphia.

Flames broke out around 2:30 a.m. inside Denise's Delicacies in the 2900 block of North 22nd Street at Cambria Street.

Firefighters battled the blaze for about an hour before gaining the upper hand and placing the fire under control.

There are apartments on all sides of the business, but everyone was able to get out safely.

There are no reports of any injuries.

There was no initial word on how much damage what caused to the bakery.

Investigators are looking into what sparked the fire.
