Fire Rips Through Apartment Building In Bucks County

CROYDON, Pa. (CBS) -- Investigators are looking into the cause of an overnight apartment fire that displaced at least a dozen people in Croydon, Bucks County.

Crews were called to Croydon Station Apartments in the 900 block of Bristol Pike around 11 p.m. Saturday.

The blaze was placed under control a short time later and everyone inside got out safely.

Officials say it appears the fire started on the ground floor and then spread to the second floor.

The American Red Cross was providing shelter for several families who were left temporarily homeless as a result of the fire.
