69-Year-Old Man Killed In Wallingford House Fire, Officials Say

WALLINGFORD, Pa. -- A 69-year-old man died in a fire in Wallingford on Wednesday afternoon, officials say. Firefighters responded to a home on the 600 block of Morris Lane shortly before 3 p.m.

Officials say first responders found a 72-year-old man in the driveway upon arrival, telling firefighters that his brother was still trapped in the home.

According to officials, firefighters were able to get the man out but he was later pronounced dead at the scene.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
