Fire Injures One, Destroys Apartments In Bucks County

LEVITTOWN, Pa. (CBS) -- One person was injured and two apartments were destroyed after flames ripped through an apartment building in Bucks County.

The fire broke out shortly after 5 a.m. Saturday at the Foxwood Manor Apartments along the 2100 block of Veteran Highway in Levittown.

Authorities say the fire was contained to two units and was placed under control in less than one hour.

Officials say one person was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The smoke and water damage left the two apartments a total loss.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
