Four Firefighters Injured In 2-Alarm Darby Fire

DARBY, Pa., (CBS) – Four firefighters were injured while battling a two-alarm fire in Darby, Delaware County.

Authorities say all four were overcome by heat and then treated at the scene.

They were then taken to the hospital for observation.

Crews were called out to the 100 block of Whitely Terrace just after 5:15 pm Wednesday.

 

No word yet on what sparked the blaze.
