FBI Computer Expert Testifies In Kindergarten Kidnapping Case

By Tony Hanson

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- Recent testimony in the kindergarten kidnapping case focused on a computer that authorities allege was used by the defendant, Christina Regusters.

An FBI computer expert testified to disturbing evidence found on the computer used under the user names Christina and Guest.

Agent Michael Moore testified that there were internet searches for Lolitas, which he said is a common term for children in child pornography, as well as the keywords "young," "teen," and "sex."

Moore also said there were searches for purchasing muslim garb. In the days after the kidnapping, there were searches related to DNA and the destruction of DNA evidence, but during defense cross-examination, Moore acknowledged that the computer was not password protected. The expert has conceded there is no way to know who visited those sites.
