Art Splash At Philadelphia Museum Of Art This Summer

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Emily Schreiner, associate curator of education for family and community learning at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, discusses Art Splash, going on at the museum this summer.

 

"Art Splash is a summer-long family festival at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Families can come here any day and have a creative shared experience together. We have some programs that are drop in and others that are scheduled, so really to accommodate any kind of family."

Emily gives more details about one of their programs, "Our signature program is our Splash studio, which we offer 10 to 5 everyday and is open late on Wednesdays until 7 p.m. In the Splash studio, people of all ages can come together and make art inspired by the museum's collections."
