E-ZPass New Jersey Set To Mail Nearly 1 Million New Transponders To Users

CAMDEN, N.J. (CBS) --New Jersey drivers who use E-ZPass should keep an eye on their mailboxes. E-ZPass New Jersey is sending out almost 1 million new transponders.

It's a proactive move to replace transponders that are almost a decade old, which is when the devices' battery usually dies.

You'll also get an envelope to mail back your old transponder.
