Extensive Line of Pope Francis Merchandise to be Offered During Fall Visit

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Those looking for a lasting keepsake from Pope Francis' visit to Philadelphia will have plenty of items to choose from. Today, the World Meeting of Families announced that Philadelphia-based hospitality vendor Aramark will be the official retail provider.
With the papal visit just four months away, World Meeting of Families 2015 executive director Donna Farrell says they wanted to provide memorabilia to help people remember this once-in-a-lifetime event.
"I have every confidence that people are going to be just thrilled with this very extensive product portfolio that Aramark is curating," Farrell said today. "We are going to have more than 200 different types of customized merchandise."

Items include glassware, clothing, backpacks, rosaries, and other faith-based merchandise -- even a stuffed doll portraying His Holiness smiling broadly.
The items will be available starting later this month.
