PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The End AIDS Conference was held Monday at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia.

The conference focused on issues of mass incarceration and the AIDS epidemic. Hannah Zellman is an organizer of the event and Director of Philadelphia Fight Institute for Community Justice.

The event was part of AIDS Education Month in Philadelphia and featured more than 60 workshops focused on education, prevention, and treatment.
