Elderly Woman Found With Throat Slashed in Mt. Airy Home

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia police say the body of an 85-year-old woman was discovered this morning in a Mount Airy home, with her throat slashed. Her car had also been stolen.
Police were withholding the identity of the victim pending notification of relatives. The murder was uncovered about 11am inside a home along the 300 block of Roumfort Road.
There was no immediate word on the make and model of the stolen vehicle. And police said they did not yet have a suspect.
