Eating Breakfast May Not Help People Lose Weight, Say Researchers

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – If you're trying to lose weight, eating breakfast might not be the best idea.

Researchers in Australia found daily calorie intake was higher in people who ate breakfast compared to those who skipped it.

However, the findings also showed missing breakfast leads to increased appetite later in the day.
