94WIP's Reuben Frank reported that Kline didn't "fit" the Eagles, who simply wanted to get rid of Rowe.

Rowe, 23, was the Eagles' second-round pick (No. 47) in 2015 and has shown the ability to play both corner and safety. Rowe had one interception and five pass defenses as a rookie.
