Eagles Studs And Duds: Week 5
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The one that got away.

The Eagles could have, and probably should have, won on Sunday against the Lions. Instead, it goes into the loss column, their first of the season.
Duds
3. Ryan Mathews
I have to put him on this list because of the fumble, the turning point of the game. Mathews can't fumble that ball. However, he did tally 75 total yards on just 16 touches and got into the end zone before fumbling the game away.
It was nice see Mathews looking healthy and running hard.
2. Mychal Kendricks
Kendricks played 26 snaps on Sunday, 43-percent of the Eagles' defensive snaps. Some say, that's still too many. Kendricks struggled mightily to cover Theo Riddick early, who caught two touchdowns in the first half. After allowing 199 total yards of offense in the first half, the Eagles allowed just 45 yards and three points in the second half with Kendricks playing significantly less snaps.
1. Nelson Agholor
Agholor caught just two of seven targets (28.5-percent) for 27 yards. One of those Agholor targets was a game-sealing interception by Darius Slay, a play in which Agholor could have played defender a bit better. On the season, the Eagles' 2015 first-round pick has just 13 catches, 147 yards, and 1 touchdown.
Studs
3. Jordan Matthews
He didn't have the guady numbers, but no one really did in a game where each team had under 60 snaps. J-Matt caught all four of his targets for 65 yards including a difficult and important 3rd down conversion on the Eagles' second-to-last drive of the game.
2. Nigel Bradham
Bradham was dominant in the second half. He finished with five tackles and three for a loss. Bradham was given a grade of 86.8 by Pro Football Focus, the best among all Eagles defenders.
1. Carson Wentz
Regardless of the outcome of the 2016-17 season for the Eagles, fans should be excited because they found their future franchise quarterback. Wentz threw his first interception on Sunday, but completed 25-33 passes for 238 yards, and 2 TD's. On the season, Wentz is 91-135 (67.4%), with 1,007 yards, 7 TD's, and 1 INT. That's a 103.5 rating and a 67.0 QBR.
