Eagles Re-Sign Cedric Thornton To One-Year Deal

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – The Eagles have re-signed defensive end Cedric Thornton to a one-year deal, the team announced Monday. Thornton was an exclusive rights free agent prior to the signing. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Thornton has been with the Eagles since 2011, when the team signed him as an undrafted free-agent out of Southern Arkansas.

Thornton recorded 60 tackles and one sack in the 2013 season.
