Eagles And Sam Bradford Agree To Two-Year Deal
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The Eagles and Sam Bradford have agreed to a 2-year-deal. The team announced the move on Tuesday afternoon.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that the deal is worth $36 million with $26 million guaranteed.

The move will keep Bradford at the helm for the Eagles under new head coach Doug Pederson. Bradford completed his first season with the Eagles in 2015 after being acquired in an off-season deal that sent Nick Foles and a 2nd round pick to St. Louis.
Bradford started 14 games in 2015 and completed 346 of 532 pass attempts, throwing for a career-high, 3,725 yards. The total was good for the fourth highest total in Eagles history. Bradford also posted a career-high completion percentage of 65.03. Both of those statistics were single-season records for the Eagles.
Bradford, 28, was selected with the first overall pick in the 2010 NFL Draft and went on to win Offensive Rookie of the Year that season.
The success that Bradford did experience last season came under Chip Kelly's offense and under the tutelage of offensive coordinator Pat Shurmur. Both of those men are gone and it will be interesting to see if Bradford can duplicate any form of success in Doug Pederson's "hyrbid-ish" offense.
