Eagles Activate Evan Mathis, Place Todd Herremans On IR

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- The Eagles announced on Wednesday they have activated Pro Bowl guard Evan Mathis and placed guard Todd Herremans on injured reserve.

Herremans, who tried to play with a torn biceps muscle against the Houston Texans last Sunday, will have surgery to repair the muscle. Mathis has been out after suffering a knee injury in week one.
