Drexel Loses To James Madison In Overtime, 63-61

HARRISBURG, Va. (AP) — Ron Curry drilled a 3-pointer with 8 seconds left in overtime and Andre Nation added two free throws seconds later to give James Madison a 63-61 win over Drexel Wednesday night.

Curry, who scored seven of the Dukes' 13 points in overtime, hit the second of two free throws with 23 seconds left in regulation to give James Madison a 50-48 lead, but Rodney Williams got to the basket for a dunk with 6 seconds left to force overtime.

The teams split their season series as Drexel posted a 78-60 win.

Curry finished with 18 points to lead James Madison (11-17, 6-8 Colonial), with Charles Cooke and Nation adding 13 and 12 points, respectively. The Dukes shot 37 percent (19 of 51).

The Dragons (14-12, 6-7), who shot just 30.4 percent (17 of 56) were led by Frantz Massenat's 15 points, with Chris Fouch adding 13 and Tavon Allen 11.
