Amtrak Resumes Limited DC-Philly Service After Downed Wires Issue

WASHINGTON (CBS/AP) -- Amtrak Northeast Corridor service has resumed with limited service between Washington and Philadelphia.

Amtrak suspended service on the Acela Express and on the Northeast Regional lines Tuesday morning because of downed overhead wires on the tracks.

The Northeast Regional takes passengers from Washington to Wilmington, while the Acela Express provides service to Wilmington.

Amtrak says it is "still working out" Wednesday's service schedule as well.
