After his team's 34-3 walloping of the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday, Pederson addressed the team and the Eagles caught it on camera.

"Hey now listen, you're 3-0. 3-0," Pederson said. "A long road ahead, a long road ahead! I'm hoping you guys are believing just a little bit. It kinda showed me tonight that we're believing in each other. That's what it takes to be a great football team. I told you way back when OTAs started that you are a great football team. You gotta believe, you gotta believe. Trusted each other tonight, that's a great win. Great win."
