Double Shooting In Logan Section of Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police are investigating after a double shooting on the 4800 block of North Carlisle Street in North Philadelphia.

Officials responded to reports of gunfire around 10:30 p.m. Sunday night. Witnesses on scene told police that the shooter drove off in a gray Dodge Durango following the shooting.

The male victims were taken by car to Einstein Hospital before police arrived on the scene. The 20-year-old victim was shot in the stomach and remains in stable condition, and the 29-year-old victim authorities say was shot twice in the chest and is in critical condition.

A few blocks over on the 4200 block of Germantown Avenue, police recovered the vehicle with a revolver inside. In addition to a weapon, the Dodge Durango also had bullet holes in it.

The owner of the vehicle is in police custody and is currently being interviewed.
