Police Find Dog Tied To Stop Sign In South Jersey

PHILADELPHIA (CBS)—Police in New Jersey are investigating after a dog was found tied to a stop sign on Wednesday morning.

The Magnolia Police Department says they found a dog, possibly a brown pit bull mix, tied to the sign and appeared to be in poor health.

The dog was taken to the Camden County Animal Shelter.
