Dog Shot After Child Bitten
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A four-year-old girl was bitten in the face by a dog in North Philadelphia. When police arrived on scene, the officer fired multiple shots at the dog.
One dog died, the other three dogs on scene at the time were secured.
Police received a radio call describing a 'person screaming' around 5:00 Monday night.
The girl is in stable condition.
