Dog Survives 5 Gunshot Wounds In Delaware County
CHESTER, Pa., (CBS) – Frank is being hailed as a "miracle dog" after surviving five gunshot wounds in Chester, Delaware County.
The eight-month-old mixed-breed terrier is alive nearly two weeks after police found him.
The dog was released from the veterinary hospital Tuesday and placed in foster care.
An investigation is ongoing.
