Dog On The Loose Causes Traffic Mess On I-76

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A dog on the move caused quite a traffic backup on I-76 on Friday morning.
Police say a stray dog was spotted running on the highway, around 8:30 a.m.
The dog eventually got off on the Spring Garden exit.
There is no word on where the dog went. No one was injured.
