Steven Girard of Direct Energy spoke about Direct Energy's first ever Philadelphia Small Business Community Awards program that recognizes the efforts of small business owners with 100 employees or less.
The award itself consists of a $500 cash prize to the winner, a $2,000 donation to the winner's organization/charity of choice in their respective community, recognition of the winner's achievement through a commemorative award. The Small Business Community Heroes award is open to residents of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties.
