Delco SPCA: Dog Found Abandoned In Duffel Bag
MEDIA, Pa., (CBS) -- The Delaware County SPCA says a 16-week-old puppy was found abandoned in a duffel bag in Chester.
The Delco SPCA says an officer rushed the dog to their center for emergency care to be treated for heat stroke (105 temperature) and parvovirus.
According to the Delco SPCA, the dog, who they've named Duffy, is in critical condition and will be monitored around the clock.
