Delco Police Officer Stabbed In South Philly
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police say a Tinicum Township officer was stabbed outside a South Philadelphia hotel Saturday night.
This happened around 8:30 p.m. in the parking lot of the Holiday Inn on Packer Avenue.
Police say the officer was doing a courtesy transport when he was stabbed in the arm with a knife by a male passenger.
The officer was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
An arrest has been made, police say.
