District Attorney Jack Whelan says after a four year investigation, they have arrested 45-year-old Frank Wilson, owner of Transformer Collision Specialist in Darby, for pocketing money from insurance companies.

The DA says Wilson took slightly damaged cars to a garage near his shop and wreck them for a heftier insurance payout.

"He would sometimes take a forklift and ram them into the side of the car and other times he would drive the car into a steal beam."

The other 10 people arrested were allegedly conspirators in the scheme and would also pocket some of the cash.

Wilson was charged with fraud and conspiracy. He left the courthouse on bail and says he looks forward to his day in court.
