Delaware State Police Search For Sex Offenders Who Failed To Re-Register

NEW CASTLE, DE (CBS) -- Delaware State Police are currently looking for wanted sex offenders, who failed to re-register their current address, according to the Delaware Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit.

Investigators say they have obtained warrants for the following individuals:

Colby Butler (Credit: Delaware State Police)
Joseph H. Pierson (Credit: Delaware State Police)
Merlin L. Smith (Credit: Delaware State Police)

The Delaware State Police officials are asking anyone who may know the location of these accused sex offenders to please contact them by calling 302-672-5306.

Information may also be provided by calling Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333, via the internet at www.delaware.crimestoppersweb.com, or by sending an anonymous tip by text to 274637 (CRIMES) using the keyword "DSP."
