Delaware Mother And Son Arrested On Marijuana Charges

FELTON, Del. (AP) -- The Delaware State Police says troopers have arrested a mother and her son after a month-long investigation into the sale of marijuana from a home in Felton.

Officials say they arrested 52-year-old Cynthia Jimenez and 21-year-old Jose Jimenez on Thursday after a search of their home on Barratts Chapel Road turned up nearly 230 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

State police say the two were charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and other charges.

A message left at a telephone listing for the Jimenez residence was not immediately returned.
