Delaware Driver Facing DUI Charges After Crashing Into Mobile Home

LAUREL, Del. (CBS) -- A Delaware man was drunk when the car he was driving lost control and slammed into a mobile home early Friday morning, police said.

The crash happened at about 1:15 a.m. on Seaford Road just north of Oneals Road in Laurel.

According to investigators, a car driven by Justin T. Hazzard inexplicably went off the roadway and crashed into an unoccupied mobile home.

Hazzard, who was uninjured in the incident, was taken into custody by troopers after a DUI investigation ensued.

Hazzard was issued traffic citations for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving While Suspended, and Failure to Remain within a Single Lane and later released.

The car and the mobile home sustained significant damage.
