Delaware County's Juvenile Detention Center Shut Down, Spokesperson Says

MEDIA, Pa. (CBS) -- A spokesperson for Delaware County confirms the county's juvenile detention center has been shut down. The district attorney confirms an investigation was launched after complaints of abuse and assaults were made.
There were four juveniles there.
The county says they're not at facilities in other counties.
