Delaware County Nursing Home Resident Found Safe
MIDDLETOWN, Pa., (CBS) -- Officials say a resident of the Fair Acres Skilled Care Nursing Home in Delaware County, who had gone missing, returned early Thursday morning.
According to authorities, Annie Woodall, 79, returned around 1:45 a.m.
Officials say she had been reported missing around 5 p.m. Wednesday.
An alert SEPTA worker spotted Woodall outside on a bench at a SEPTA depot in Philadelphia and alerted authorities, who contacted Fair Acres.
Staff picked her up and brought her safely home.
