Del. Police: Suspect Had Marijuana Taped Around His Genitals

MILLSBORO, Del. (CBS) – A Delaware man was arrested last week after he reportedly tried to hide drugs in his groin.

On Jan. 16, officers stopped a vehicle on South DuPont Highway for a traffic violation.

Officers discovered the passenger, Michael S. Kelsall, 20, had a revoked driver's license as well as an active warrant out of Sussex County.

Kelsall was taken into custody and then to the Harrington Police Department for processing.

While being processed, Kelsall told officers he had marijuana in a bag taped around his testicles.

Officers recovered the bag and Kelsall was issued a summons for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
