Decomposed Body Of Dog Found In Trash Bag On Train Tracks In Kensington, Philadelphia Police Say
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia police are investigating after a decomposed body of a dog was found in a trash bag on train tracks. The discovery was made on the 3200 block of Collins Street around 4 p.m. Monday in Kensington.
Police say a passerby found the body.
Police originally said it was human's remains.
