DE Police Investigate Shooting At Apartment Complex

DOVER, DE (CBS) – Delaware State Police are investigating an early morning shooting that took place at an apartment complex.

Police were called to the Alder Park apartments on Wednesday after someone called 911 saying they heard shots being fired near building "E" off of Webbs Lane.

Arriving officers found a 25-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his lower extremity. According to police, the victim was transported and is being treated for his non-life threatening injury.
