Davidson Defeats La Salle 77-69

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Brian Sullivan scored 28 points, including four 3-pointers, and dished out five assists to lead Davidson to a 77-69 win over La Salle on Saturday.

Jordan Barham contributed 18 points while pulling down nine rebounds and Tyler Kalinoski added 16 points, including the go-ahead 3-pointer late in the second half, for Davidson (17-6, 8-4 Atlantic 10), which shot 50.9 percent on 53 attempts from the field.

La Salle (14-11, 6-6), which trailed by four at the break, stayed close and twice edged into the lead late in the second half before Kalonski drained the 3-pointer with 3:30 left to make it 67-65 and put Davidson back on top for good. The Wildcats scored 10 of the next 14 points to clinch the win.

Jordan Price led La Salle with 22 points, Jerrell Wright added 15, Cleon Roberts had 12 and Steve Zack 11.
