Cyclists Remembered In Philadelphia "Ride Of Silence"

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- An international effort is taking place Wednesday night to honor cyclists killed or injured in motor vehicle related accidents and to raise awareness about the rights of cyclists to ride the roads.
It's called "The Ride of Silence," an hour long bike ride starting off at the Philadelphia Museum of Art at 7 P.M. It makes its way to Independence Hall and back to the museum.
"This year we will be commemorating eight cyclists that were killed in Philadelphia it's always a very somber event. Every one is quite. we will be going very slowly. We will be going nine miles an hour," said Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia spokesman Randy LoBasso.
