Positively Philadelphia: Cricket Cringle In Ardmore

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Among the many Holiday activities all over the area is Cricket Cringle happening in downtown Ardmore.

"Eat, shop, drink and play."

Christine Vilardo is Executive Director of the Ardmore Initiative and talks about the open -air market.

"For holiday shopping there's something for everyone here at Cricket Cringle which is happening right on Cricket Avenue. We'll have a combination of food trucks and local merchants providing food. Everything from crepes to cheese curds, cocoa, tacos, barbecue, dessert...something to please everyone."

It's this Friday and Saturday.

"Ardmore's really developing a very cool and hipster vibe but at the same time being very much a family friendly destination. We just joked that we need vallet parking for strollers here in town when we have our events."
